We’re in network with BCBS MA and will be adding other plans soon.
What is my co-pay for primary care with Carbon Health?
Your cost depends on the type of plan you have. To determine your plan type and cost, log in to your MyBlue account or review your plan benefit documents for details. Please note, if you are on an HMO Plan, you’ll first choose a Carbon Health provider as your PCP through Blue Cross MA’s app/platform/system and then designate that doctor as your PCP with your health plan.
